She paused for a moment, sorting her thoughts. "Let's make a deal. If you ever catch me being a pushover, call it to my attention. I'll do the same if you're displaying any idiotic behaviors. What do you say to that?" she asked, laughing some and extending her hand

Ray laughed as he extended his hand towards her and took it in his own, closing his fingers around her own hand in giving it a quick shake as he said,

'I guess it was bou-' But before he could finish his sentence, the beeper attached to the waist band of his scrubs vibrated too, and flipping it open, Ray looked at Neela as he said,
'Yup, ER...let's go'
Standing up, he held the door open for her as he smiled.

Ray laughed as he nodded his head and said,
'And I'll just lie and say the machine broke and he had to wait'
He raised his eyebrow at her as he spoke and gave her a cheeky grin as he pressed the button for the elevator, waiting for it to reach their floor.
'And I thought this day couldn't get anymore exciting' Ray said dead-pan as he crossed his arms over his chest and moved from foot to foot.

Ray smiled as he moved to stand beside her, and leaned against the wall, the large guy behind him pushing him and causing his arm to be pushed up against Neela's as he said with a curious tone of voice and a smile on his face,
'Sure, what do ya have in mind?'

Ray smiled at her as he thought about what could be an even worse bet...knowing that Neela would be up to a challange.
'How about the loser buys the first round and...if I lose to you, I work an entire week all nerded out, and if you lose you work a whole week all punked out?'
Crossing his arms over his chest, he laughed as he said,
'Embarassment is alot worse than losing some money'
